I'm Caroline Leahy, and I created Your Good HR Guardian. With 10+ years as an HR professional, working across different scale businesses in various sectors, I’ve often helped friends and colleagues through various issues at work, focusing on their employment rights.
Good HR practice should be fair, legal, and always compassionate. I am passionate about employers acting fairly and with integrity so, together with you, I’ll help you find solutions to get the outcome you deserve.
